Returns & refunds

• Unopened, undamaged boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Opened boxes, cut tiles, samples and made-to-order designs are not returnable.
• Return pickup freight is paid by the customer unless the item was wrong or damaged.
• Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 working days of the return reaching us.
