This policy explains what FloorFit collects and why, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Name, phone, email and delivery address when you order or request a sample.
- Your GSTIN if you ask for a business invoice.
- Payment status from our payment gateway. We never receive or store card or bank credentials.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data. Room photos used in the visualizer stay on your device.
Processors
Orders are stored with Supabase (database), payments are processed by Razorpay, and the site is hosted on Vercel/Cloudflare.
